Every year a memorial service will take place at the British cemetery in Nederweert on the Saturday closest to November 11. This commemoration has been organized since 1981 by the Union of Brothers in Arms and from 2021 by the Adoption Graves Foundation Nederweert. In 2024, the commemoration will take place on November 9. You are welcome at 14:30h.

At 15:00h the official program will start:

• Once every five years speech by the Governor and/or Mayor of Nederweert
• Piece of music
• Reflection and Prayer by Clergyman
• Exhortation
• Trumpeter,
• The Last Post ceremony, followed by two minutes of silence
• Reveille
• Dedication
• Wreath laying
• Story and poem primary school children
• National anthems
• Closing
